They are now seeking a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of a key Kent postcodes. The Role • Managing and developing an established account base of premium salons and barbers, • Growing territory value through proactive new business acquisition, • Driving product distribution, highlighting innovation and promoting the full portfolio, • Delivering regular in-salon visits, product advice and commercial support, • Building strong relationships with salon owners, stylists and decision-makers, • Creating and executing territory plans to maximise sales performance, • Using social media effectively to engage accounts, promote products and build presence, • Managing your own diary, prioritising high-value opportunities The Ideal Candidate • Minimum 2 years B2B field sales experience, • Proven track record of developing an account base and growing territory revenue, • Excellent communicator with a confident, relationship-led approach, • Dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven, • Enthusiastic about innovation, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and maximise productivity, • Highly flexible and open to coaching, development and continuous improvement, • Comfortable using social media commercially to elevate brand presence, • Entrepreneurial in thinking, proactive in identifying opportunities, • Experience in the hair and beauty sector is beneficial but not essential They are looking to hire quickly — if you’re an ambitious B2B field sales professional ready to represent a global haircare powerhouse, apply with your CV today.
