You will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, presenting innovative solutions, and securing new business, all while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings to effectively present products and services.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial enquiry through to contract award.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully secure new business deals.
• Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure customer requirements are consistently met.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular, insightful sales updates.
• Represent our client at networking events, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in a Business Development, Technical Sales, Sales Engineer, or Account Management role.
• A solid technical background or practical experience within the engineering, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
• A demonstrated track record of successfully winning new business and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach coupled with a genuine desire to drive business growth.
• A full UK driving licence.
