Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and timely order updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain sufficient inventory.
- Track product availability and support stock replenishment activities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various channels.
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to enhance the shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
- Analyze sales trends and support strategy development for business growth.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to improve processes and performance.

- Proven experience in sales coordination, retail operations, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
