Key Responsibilities

Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
Ensure accurate stock levels and timely order updates.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain sufficient inventory.
Track product availability and support stock replenishment activities.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various channels.
Provide product knowledge and assistance to enhance the shopping experience.
Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
Analyze sales trends and support strategy development for business growth.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to improve processes and performance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales coordination, retail operations, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
