Responsibilities • Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies tailored to UK retail and pharmacy environments, aligned with brand and commercial goals., • Lead the design and deployment of high-impact POS materials, displays, and promotional assets across channels., • Partner with sales and key account teams to deliver compelling trade stories and activation plans that drive sell-in and sell-through., • Leverage shopper, consumer, and channel data to inform strategies and optimise performance., • Manage and develop a team of shopper marketing specialists and trade activation managers., • Oversee shopper marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI tracking., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand managers, digital marketing, supply chain, and regulatory, to ensure seamless execution., • Support innovation and new product launches, ensuring shopper relevance and retail readiness. Qualifications • High level of experience in shopper or trade marketing, ideally within CHC, OTC, FMCG, or retail sectors., • Proven success in leading POS and retail activation strategies across pharmacy and grocery channels., • Strong leadership and team development skills., • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering ROI., • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills., • Experience with eCommerce and omnichannel shopper journeys is a plus. Preferred Skills • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field., • Category Management certification (e.g., GS1) is advantageous., • Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced organisation undergoing transformation.
