Senior Manager – People Global Shared Service Location: Hybrid ways of working at our office in Wimbledon. This is a pivotal role where they will lead a team and oversee international HR advisers to create scalable processes, implement a global case management system, and harmonise HR services across regions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement a scalable global HR shared services operating model., • Oversee the delivery of consistent, high-quality HR services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs., • Standardise, streamline, and automate HR processes across regions where possible., • Lead the global implementation and optimisation of a case/ticketing management system., • Partner with HR Centres of Expertise, IT, regional HR, and business leaders to ensure alignment and adoption., • Establish service metrics, governance, and reporting to enable continuous improvement. Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing, globally distributed team., • Act as a change leader, communicating the vision and embedding new processes and systems globally. Skills And Experience Required • Significant expertise in global shared services and the design of shared service functions, with awareness of both global and regional considerations., • Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms (Workday preferred) and case management/ticketing systems., • Demonstrable experience of process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma desirable)., • Operates effectively in a complex, matrixed environment spanning multiple geographies, jurisdictions, and cultures., • Balances strategic transformation with operational delivery responsibilities.
