Job Summary:
As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Senior Café Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our café, allowing the directors to focus on broader business growth initiatives. The Senior Café Supervisor will take on key managerial duties, including opening and closing the café, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Take orders and payments, and provide exceptional service to all customers.
Coffee & Food Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, set up and close down the café, and use ingredients for cooking savoury treats, as well as preparing sandwiches and salads to order.
Staff Management: Create staff rotas, manage daily operations, and oversee the work of other café staff.
Stock & Records: Keep records of daily transactions, track stock levels where necessary, and ensure the café is well-supplied.
Meetings & Improvements: Attend meetings to discuss and implement improvements to the café's operations and customer offerings.
