We are currently seeking a Grill/Pass Chef to join our team at Saints at The Tower Arms. While previous experience in Japanese cuisine and/or grill cooking is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. We value motivation, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic just as much as technical skills. This position requires immediate availability, as we are looking for someone who can quickly integrate into our team and support our high standards of quality and service. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, including Japanese-inspired items and grill specialties. Assisting with the management of the pass during service to ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams. Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices. Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with daily tasks and prep work. Requirements: A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Immediate availability. Compensation: £13–£15 per hour, depending on experience. In this role, you’ll play an important part in our children’s day by preparing healthy, tasty meals and snacks that meet dietary needs and follow our nursery’s food guidelines.
