This role offers the chance to sign off electrical certifications and oversee quality/technical compliance standards. As an Electrical Qualified Supervisor, you will be: Sign off electrical certification and oversee quality/technical compliance standards Plan, organise and support internal/external audits; maintain audit readiness Provide technical support to engineers as needed (no direct line management responsibility) Deliver or coordinate training for engineers where skills gaps are identified Support apprentices’ development, including liaising with their college and monitoring progress Undertake occasional travel to sites across the South Coast for audit/compliance activity properties I’d love to speak to any Electrical Qualified Supervisors who has: 2391 Testing & Inspecting 5+ years’ experience in an Electrical Qualified Supervisor or compliance-focused role Qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent 18th Edition qualified The Electrical Qualified Supervisor role is offering the following benefits: £45,000–£47,000 (target band) Overtime available 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Additional birthday day off has been offered in recent years (subject to review) Business mileage paid (in line with government guidance); role uses own vehicle initially Potential access to a pool/fleet van for longer audit trips (under review) Laptop and phone provided Hybrid/occasional work-from-home possible after probation If this EQS role sounds like a great fit, apply now or get in touch with Charlie on (phone number removed) or email on (url removed)
