Securtech is growing, and we’re looking for talented, driven and reliable people to join our team across multiple areas of the business.
We specialise in commercial fit-out, shopfitting, refurbishment and construction, delivering projects from the initial opportunity and quotation through to design, construction and final handover.
We’re not recruiting for just one position. We are interested in people across office, commercial, management and site-based roles.

Roles We’re Recruiting For

Administration & Finance

Supporting the day-to-day operation of the business, including:

• General administration
• Document and record management
• Invoices and purchase records
• Supplier and subcontractor documentation
• Project paperwork
• Cost and payment tracking
• Supporting the wider management team

Business Development

Helping identify and secure new opportunities for the company.
Responsibilities may include:

• Finding potential clients and projects
• Developing new business relationships
• Following up enquiries and leads
• Attending meetings and site visits
• Understanding client requirements
• Supporting the business from initial enquiry through to quotation

Sales

Managing enquiries and helping convert opportunities into secured projects.
This may include:

• Speaking with prospective clients
• Understanding their requirements
• Following up quotations
• Maintaining client relationships
• Coordinating with estimating and project teams
• Helping move opportunities from enquiry to confirmed project

Estimator

Responsible for understanding the scope of proposed works and producing accurate, competitive quotations.
This may include:

• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Carrying out site surveys
• Taking measurements and quantities
• Preparing material and labour costs
• Obtaining supplier and subcontractor prices
• Producing detailed quotations
• Identifying exclusions, risks and potential variations
• Working closely with Sales, Project Management and Procurement

Design & Technical

Supporting the technical development of projects before and during construction.
Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing construction drawings
• Producing or coordinating layouts
• Developing technical details
• Checking dimensions and specifications
• Coordinating design information with site teams
• Identifying potential construction issues before work begins

Project Management

Taking responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Responsibilities may include:

• Planning and programming works
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring costs and progress
• Managing client communication
• Resolving project issues
• Managing variations
• Maintaining quality and programme
• Driving projects towards successful completion and handover

Site Management

Managing the day-to-day delivery of our projects on site.
Responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating trades and operatives
• Organising daily works
• Checking workmanship and progress
• Maintaining site safety
• Managing deliveries and materials
• Reporting problems early
• Working with the Project Manager to keep the project on programme
• Preparing areas for inspection and handover

Shopfitting & Multi-Trade Operatives

Hands-on roles delivering our fit-out and refurbishment projects.
We are interested in people with experience in areas such as:

• Carpentry and joinery
• Drylining and partitions
• Ceilings
• Painting and decorating
• Flooring
• Kitchen and worktop installation
• Fixtures and fittings
• General building works
• Making good and finishing

Multi-skilled candidates are particularly valuable.

Logistics & Procurement

Supporting projects by making sure the right materials, equipment and resources reach site when required.
Responsibilities may include:

• Ordering materials
• Supplier coordination
• Price checking
• Arranging collections and deliveries
• Managing tools and equipment
• Coordinating vehicles
• Monitoring project material requirements
• Preventing delays caused by missing materials

Experience in construction, shopfitting, commercial fit-out or refurbishment is beneficial for many of the positions, but the exact requirements will depend on the role.
