Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining stock levels
Ensure all customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues as they arise
Coordinates shift rotations and cover absences to maintain service continuity
Provide training and guidance to new staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance product visibility
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
