Job responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the takeaway shop, ensuring smooth service.
Supervise staff to ensure timely food preparation and excellent customer service.
Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and portion control in accordance with company guidelines.
Ensure all food preparation and service activities comply with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Manage stock levels of ingredients such as meats, vegetables, sauces, and dessert items, and place orders with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory.
Address customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of stock usage, staff attendance, and daily operational activities.
