Duties:
- Oversee and manage the daily activities of the shop floor team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and allocate responsibilities based on strengths and workload.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and overseeing the quality of service.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets, motivating the team to meet or exceed goals.
- Ensure the shop floor is visually appealing by maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Train new staff members on store procedures, customer service, and product knowledge.
