The Role Following an exciting rebrand and new website launch, we’re looking for a Junior Social Media & Content Assistant to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for someone at the start of their creative career who loves being hands-on in the studio, capturing content, experimenting with ideas, and bringing brand stories to life across digital channels. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you’ll support content creation for social media, assist with graphic design tasks, and help develop visuals for our website and email marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and play a key part in shaping our digital presence. Key Responsibilities • Assist in creating social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms (Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, behind-the-scenes studio content)., • Support studio-based content capture, including product photography, small video clips, and styling support., • Help produce digital assets for email campaigns, website updates, and paid social., • Assist with graphic design projects such as postcards, simple packaging layouts, press materials, and brand collateral., • Work with the team to maintain consistency across the brand’s visual identity., • Support the planning and scheduling of social content across channels., • Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and storytelling., • A creative, enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for studio work, content creation, and visual storytelling., • Comfortable shooting simple photos or videos on a phone or camera — or keen to learn., • Some experience creating content for social media (personal projects, internships, university projects, or previous junior roles all count)., • Basic skills in design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign)., • Interest in motion or video editing, even at a beginner level., • Passionate about sustainability, fashion, and modern, minimal aesthetics., • Organised, proactive, and excited to develop your skills within a supportive, collaborative, small team., • A supportive, creative environment where you can grow and build your skills., • Studio experience with hands-on opportunities to learn content production, styling, and visual design., • Exposure to international markets and a wide range of digital channels., • The chance to join a purpose-led brand and contribute to meaningful, sustainable fashion storytelling.
