Marketing Tech Solutions Engineer / Administrator - Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Join an award-winning, industry-leading company at the heart of Brighton & Hove. I'm currently on the lookout for a technically skilled and strategic professional to take full ownership of the MarTech stack and drive its technical evolution. This crucial role acts as the technical bridge between the Marketing Communications (Marcomms) and IT & Transformation, ensuring business objectives are met through robust technical delivery. The IT & Transformation team, described as a "little family," is small, supportive, and highly social, known for being very nice, hard-working, and enjoying time together. Financial benefits include a base salary between £40,000-£50,000 + annual bonus scheme of 15% and a company culture that looks favourably on salary increases and promotions, managing growth through a progression panel with 8-10 promotions a year. This position is base on-site in Hove, with a minimum of 3 days on the office, however, due to the smaller nature of the teams, being on-site more is favoured. Key Responsibilities • Platform Ownership & Optimisation: Take full responsibility for the technical configuration, integration, and continuous optimisation of the MarTech tools, prioritising seamless data connectivity and maximising features (including advanced segmentation, personalisation, and campaign tracking)., • Data Enablement: Design and manage data flows, working closely with their Senior Data & Insights Manager, utilising expertise in API connectivity and ETL processes to provide actionable marketing insights., • Technical Leadership: Translate marketing/business requirements into robust technical specifications, lead technically driven projects, and ensure all implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with their standards., • AI & Future Focus: Evaluate and implement emerging AI-driven features and automation capabilities within their MarTech stack to enhance targeting and predictive analytics. Requirements • 2-3+ years technical experience ideal, • Marketing Tech Platform Expertise would be ideal but also open to someone technically able with other systems such as CRM: Proven, hands-on experience with the technical configuration and administration of Marketing Automation platforms or similar (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights highly desirable)., • You don't need to be in marketing, however, you will need to understand marketing. For example, the difference between single channel and omni channel etc., • Data Integration Proficiency: Strong understanding and practical experience with data integration, API connectivity, and ETL processes, • Web Analytics Foundation: Familiarity with the technical setup and administration of major web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or similar)., • Technical Implementation Skills: Demonstrated ability to implement data-driven personalization, • Experience in building technical roadmaps and communicating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
