We are an independent property oversight company. We protect UK based clients who are building property abroad. We are launching a biweekly TikTok Live series and need it built properly.

What We're Building
This is not a content live or a community chat. We are recreating the high urgency, high conversion live sales format you see used to sell trainers, jewellery, and limited drops.
The goal of every live is maximum conversions. Conversions mean viewers claiming a free 30 minute personal call with our team, released in limited numbers.

The Project — Three Parts

1. Content & Niche Audit Review our current TikTok account. Assess whether our content is sending a clear enough niche signal for the algorithm to push our Lives to the right audience. The specific challenge is that our target audience is based in the UK but their TikTok behaviour mirrors an overseas market. What we need is a precisely layered stack built from interest signals, behaviour targeting, and spending power filters that collectively identify our audience.
2. Live Conversion Strategy develop and implement a strategy covering: Pre-live content strategy for the 48 hours before each live, to prime the algorithm and warm the audience. Paid promotion strategy for before and during each live.
3. Technical Setup implement: Stream settings optimised for a remote host broadcasting

You Should Have

• Proven experience running TikTok Lives where the primary goal was direct conversions, bookings, or sales
• Working knowledge of TikTok's live commerce mechanics, urgency and scarcity techniques
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager for niche audience targeting
