We’re looking for a passionate and organised Head Chef or Sous Chef who’s ready to take charge of our kitchen and help us deliver delicious, seasonal dishes with consistency and care.
You’ll need to be hands-on with prep, organised in your approach, and able to lead and delegate effectively. Health and safety, food hygiene, and kitchen standards must be second nature to you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Running the kitchen day-to-day
- Planning and preparing dishes to a high standard
- Managing stock, prep, hygiene, and kitchen safety
- Working closely with owners and FOH team to create a positive, efficient environment
