
We are looking for passionate and energetic Sous Chef to join our team in new opening of the pub called The Black Horse in Amberley, West Sussex.
Our kitchens focus on what we like to call "Creativity vs. Structure", we give a monthly handbook with menu movement, focusing on the produce for the month. Then each kitchen brigade can put their own touch on the menu offering.
The ideal Sous Chef candidate will have a cooking experience as a Sous chef or junior sous. Most importantly our Sous Chef have an understanding of seasonal British cookery, butchery, a passion for creating unique dishes, and excel in attention to detail. Our Head Chef thrives on training his chefs and is always a big part of the day to day growth of his teams.
