Full time fish fryer assistant - fish & chips take away in Borough market. We are looking for an assistant fryer chef in our very busy Borough market's fish take out someone who has previous experience in kitchen as a chef or in take aways. Fish fryer experience is advantage. You will have an opportunity to work in our open plan kitchen facing the iconic Borough market. You need to be able to work under pressure and be fit physically move around, lifting, carrying. We are open every day from 11am to 5/7pm, working hours around opening times averaging 40-45 hours over 5 days 2 days off. Main role: As an assistant fryer chef, focusing on fish preparation,cooking, serving. The position also involves welcoming customers, processing their orders when necessary, daily cleaning duties.
