Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sous Chef at Temple Golf Club in Henley. The Sous Chef will be responsible for daily food preparation, assisting in menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen supervision
Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and passion for culinary arts
Relevant culinary certification or degree
