The successful candidate will specialize in crafting authentic South Indian dishes that complement our menu, bringing traditional flavors to life. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambar, and chutneys, with authenticity and flair.
Collaborate on menu development and introduce innovative dishes rooted in South Indian traditions.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
Manage ingredient inventory specific to South Indian cuisine to ensure freshness and availability.
Support and train kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a South Indian Chef in a restaurant or similar setting.
Expertise in traditional South Indian culinary techniques and recipes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for delivering authentic and memorable dining experiences.
