Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambar, and chutneys, with authenticity and flair.
Collaborate on menu development and introduce innovative dishes rooted in South Indian traditions.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
Manage ingredient inventory specific to South Indian cuisine to ensure freshness and availability.
