We are looking for a full time receptionist to join our front of house team. We operate across several buildings in the Aldgate and Liverpool Street area and your role will be allocated at either of these. Your duties will include welcoming guests, answering calls, completing administrative work and above all else ensuring a positive visitor and tenant experience. We are looking for staff to work Monday to Friday, however weekend overtime may also be available. Staff are required to have an SIA Licence, however if you don’t currently have one we can provide the training on completion of your probation period. This is a monthly paid role.
We are looking for a cleaner for our go karting track in Basildon. This is a 2 hour shift and we can be flexible agreeing working hours between 11pm and 7am. The shift is 5 hours per day x 3 days per week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). We can be flexible for either 09:00-14:00 or 10:00-15:00. Free lunch is available on site for all staff. Pay is monthly. Free uniform.
We are hiring a night shift worker to complete deep cleaning, minor repairs and decorating work across a portfolio of sites in London. We are looking for a full time operative who could either work 4, 5 or 6 days per week. You will be given a fully equipped van to use for work purposes. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards are achieved across the sites and should have experience with scrub machines, steam cleaners and painting/decorating. This is a MONTHLY paid job.
Join our growing maintenance team now! We run a dynamic and busy maintenance operation, completing a wide range of works including plumbing, electrical and handyman. We are looking for single trade or multi skilled staff to join our team. This is a permanent employed position and you will receive holiday allowance, uniform and training. You will also be given an Oyster Card for work journeys. Shift times are flexible but our teams generally work 6am to 3pm, 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm. Overtime is often available. Please note that we pay MONTHLY and all staff must be able to prove valid UK right to work eligibility. The pay rate is dependant on experience, qualifications and relevant skills.
