We are looking for a reliable and diligent individual to be responsible for shipping orders, making stock, and weekly/bi-weekly stock taking. The role will be part time, between 2-3 days per week.
Some experience in admin/organisational related work along with the ability to make decisions would be beneficial, though not necessary. Stock taking in the company at present is very rudimentary and needs to be improved, which we hope to do in conjunction with the right person.
The employee will need to understand the flow of incoming raw materials, how those combine into the making of products, followed by outgoing orders. It will require the ability to act within the overall context of the business in order to maintain stock levels and shipping consistency. The role will be somewhat multi-faceted and could develop over time to include more responsibility and more days per week.
Our company is tiny, but growing at a good rate. We design and manufacture small plastic products within the cycling industry, so an interest in cycling or fitness is a plus, though not a prerequisite.
We are offering this job with a trial period during which time both parties can assess compatibility. No smokers or vapers please.
