The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team. You’ll be on the front line serving customers, restocking shelves, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Operate the till, process transactions accurately and efficiently
Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-presented and clean
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
Assist with deliveries and stock rotation
Follow all store procedures, including age-restricted sales policies
Support other team members and work collaboratively
About You
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus —full training provided
