We are a Chinese restaurant which locates in Oxford and are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join us. - Whole restaurant management. - Keep an eye on quality control, marketing, health, safety and hygiene, customer relations. - Oversee the inventory and order of food, equipment and supplies, and arrange for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, its equipment and facilities. - Deal with complaints. Suitable candidate must have at least 1 year working experience as a Restaurant Manager. Suitable candidate must be also proficient in Chinese as we are a Chinese restaurant that most of our staffs and customers are Chinese speaking.
