    The Ideal Candidate:
  • Will have a years+ experience working within healthcare
  • It would be desirable if candidates have experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health
  • An individual who wants to commit to long term support on a permanent basis
  • A compassionate, heart-led and person centred approach to care
  • Will be responsible for supporting individuals in the community
  • Will be willing to undertake any additional training if required or necessary for the role

The job location varies and differs depending on the need and demand.
