The Ideal Candidate: - Will have a years+ experience working within healthcare
- It would be desirable if candidates have experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health
- An individual who wants to commit to long term support on a permanent basis
- A compassionate, heart-led and person centred approach to care
- Will be responsible for supporting individuals in the community
- Will be willing to undertake any additional training if required or necessary for the role
