Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual who wants to help others live fulfilling, independent lives? We’re looking for Support Workers to provide one-to-one, person-centred care to individuals with lifelong disabilities , autism, and mental health needs across our local communities.
You’ll support individuals in their own homes or with their families, empowering them to live as safely and independently as possible while accessing the support they need to thrive
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting with personal care and hygiene
Helping with shopping, cooking, and promoting healthy living
Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a clean home
Supporting with medication administration or prompting
Offering companionship and helping reduce isolation, appointments, social outings, and errands
Supporting emotional wellbeing and relationships
Promoting independence, recovery, and self-confidence
Maintaining accurate care records
Following individual care plans and risk assessments
Always promoting safety, dignity, and respect
