Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tailor and/or Machinist located in Reading. The Tailor will be responsible for dressmaking, fittings, alterations, and repairs. Day-to-day tasks may include measuring clients to ensure proper fit of garments, making adjustments to garments based on customer requests, and working with a variety of fabrics. The role also involves taking customer orders and providing high-quality customer service.

- Work hands-on with luxury fabrics, formalwear, and bespoke client pieces
- Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver flawless craftsmanship
- Maintain top-tier standards in both workmanship and customer experience
- Manage fittings with professionalism and attentiveness
- Handle fast-paced client needs with grace, speed, and accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years tailoring experience - with a sharp eye for detail and finish
- Fluent English is a must
- Skills in Dressmaking and Tailoring
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in a tailoring or alterations shop is a plus
