About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated front-of-house Taproom Assistant to run our taproom on weekend afternoons and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Serving craft beer, drinks, and merchandise to taproom guests

·        Building and maintaining positive relationships with our taproom regulars and new visitors

·        Running opening and closing shifts on Fridays and Saturdays

·        Managing taproom cleanliness, table clearing, and glass washing

·        Handling cash and card transactions accurately

·        Assisting with stock checks and restocking taproom shelves/kegs

Shift Details & Schedule

·        Hours: 14 hours per week (with flexibility for more hours as needed)

·        Shifts: Fridays and Saturdays, 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM

·        Work Location: In person (CF64 5AB)

What We’re Looking For

·        Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or customer service preferred

·        A genuine interest in beer or the craft brewing industry

·        Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming approach

·        Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

·        Ability to work efficiently during busy weekend shifts
