We are looking for a telephonist/controller to join our friendly team in our office.
The job entails:
Taking customer calls and booking their journeys on the system
Despatching taxis to customers
Communicating with the drivers
Dealing with customer emails and bookings via email
The successful candidate must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.
Full training on the system and processes will be given
Part time and full time hours available
