We are a specialist B2B lead generation agency based in Chichester. We help clients across multiple sectors grow their sales pipelines and reach key decision-makers through targeted outreach. Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for communication, a strategic mindset, and the drive to help clients grow their business through effective prospecting and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to engage prospects and introduce client products and services.
- Use our CRM platform to build and manage sales pipelines for multiple clients.
- Understand and document potential customers’ procurement processes and buying motives.
- Schedule qualified sales meetings on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience in a sales, telemarketing, or B2B marketing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Confident telephone manner and effective objection handling.
- A keen sense of initiative to source contact details or decision makers in the relevant sectors.
- Strong phone and sales etiquette.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a sales office.
- Interest or background in marketing services or client and customer facing roles.
- Familiarity with sales reporting and performance metrics.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and previous CRM experience will be an advantage.
