Strategic Recommendations: Engage in discussions with relevant departments to propose strategic changes such as product/service design, pricing strategies, packaging, and promotional tactics based on market research insights. Advertising Campaign Management: Brief advertising teams on client requirements derived from market research. Monitor the progress of advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and collaborate with clients to implement necessary modifications as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and strategies. Implement adjustments and optimizations based on performance metrics to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the facilities management or security services industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
