Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Chelmsford. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, fact finds, minutes and advising clients on their insurance and risk management needs. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, preparing and presenting insurance proposals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively handle client inquiries and deliver high-quality service. Requirements • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, • Experience in broking, • Proficiency in preparing and presenting insurance proposals, • The ability to create and nurture new and existing relationships, • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities, • A go getter, • Previous experience in the insurance industry is required The opportunity for somebody to join a fast paced, innovative insurance brokerage, build and grow their own book of clients whilst earning and uncapped salary.
