Hours: Saturday mornings required, with additional group and private coaching hours available throughout the week

Pay: £25-£28 based on experience
About Us
We’re a welcoming, community-focused tennis club with a rapidly growing membership and a friendly, positive environment under our Head Coach Beatha Roper-Rice. Our coaching programme is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate LTA Level 3 Coach to join our team — someone who brings enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a love for helping players of all ages develop their game.
About the Role
We’re seeking an engaging and reliable coach who can deliver fun, high-quality sessions and contribute to the continued success of our club.
The role will include:
- Saturday morning coaching (junior and/or adult groups)
- Additional group and private lesson opportunities across the week
- Running or assisting with Cardio Tennis sessions
- Optional racket stringing services if experienced
- Supporting club events, match play sessions, and community initiatives
You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative coaching team where ideas are encouraged and creativity is valued.
What We’re Looking For
- LTA Level 3 Accredited/Accredited+ Coach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – friendly, reliable, and professional
- A positive role model who enjoys working with both juniors and adults
- Experience with Cardio Tennis or interest in running sessions preferred
- Ability to contribute to a team and help maintain our fun, inclusive culture
- Current DBS, First Aid, and Safeguarding certifications (or willingness to update)
