This pivotal role involves overseeing the valuation process and ensuring the highest standards of service to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct property valuations with accuracy and efficiency. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure new business. - Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters. - Prepare and present detailed valuation reports. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets. - Stay updated with local property market trends and developments. - Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to completion. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. - Requirements: - Proven experience in property valuation within an estate agency. - Strong understanding of the property market, particularly in the Reading area. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. - Valid driving licence and own car.
