Trainee Fleet assistant

Ideally, we are looking for a confident and practical individual that can work in a role that will interact with our customers, ability to answer the phone and provide confidence when speaking with our clients. We would like someone who can absorb data from multiple sources and apply their knowledge to drive efficiencies. As the Trainee Fleet Administrator, you will work closely with the Fleet Administrator to assist with the administration of vehicles for our various clients. PVS will be providing you with on the job learning as well as day course to support your day-to-day activities.

This is a full-time, permanent position, benefits include:

• 20 days annual leave per annum, leave plus Bank Holidays and Birthday

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Deal with vehicle administration from a general stand.

• Liaise with external stakeholders to maintain good business relationships.

• Maintain and manage paperwork and systems for fleet data.

• Assist other internal teams with works needed.

• Co-ordinate charges and fines generated by fleet vehicles.
