Duties:
  1. Schedule and dispatch deliveries based on customer and operational requirements.
  2. Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and driver logs.
  3. Monitor transport operations and track vehicle movements.
  4. Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and resolve delivery issues.
  5. Enter data into transport management systems and maintain accurate records.
  6. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely loading/unloading.


Responsibilities:
