Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: Handling in-branch, telephone, and online inquiries to sell tailor-made holiday packages.
- Itinerary Planning: Advising on destinations, travel insurance, visas, and booking transport, accommodation, and tours.
- Customer Relationship Management: Providing excellent service, handling complaints, and managing bookings from inquiry to completion.
- Target Achievement: Working to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements - Experience: Previous travel agency or retail sales experience is preferred, though some positions may offer training.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, passionate about travel, and proficient in using computers/booking systems.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and, in some branches, a 4-day, 28-hour working week.
