Skills • Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with flatbed vehicles., • Strong knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards within the UK., • Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record., • Ability to operate large vehicles confidently and manoeuvre in tight spaces when necessary., • Good organisational skills for route planning and documentation management., • Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks when required., • Previous experience as a delivery driver is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific vehicle types if necessary.   The Role • Permanent, • Full Time We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to support smooth daily operations within our warehouse and deliveries function. You will play a key role in ensuring stock is accurately received, stored, picked and delivered to customer sites when required. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will also operate the company van for collections and deliveries. Full training will be provided, so if you have experience in a warehouse, logistics or similar hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Carry out accurate picking, packing, goods-in and goods-out processes., • Load, unload and move stock safely across the warehouse., • Complete local deliveries and collections using the company van., • Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and checks., • Support warehouse organisation, housekeeping and safe working practices., • Ensure documentation, delivery notes and systems are updated correctly., • Work closely with colleagues to meet daily operational targets. Key Skills / Qualifications • Full UK driving licence (essential) with confidence driving a van., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all warehouse tasks., • Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities., • Good communication skills and willingness to support wider team needs., • Basic IT literacy for updating stock systems (training provided)., • A positive, hands-on approach and commitment to great service.
