About the Role A freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for a high‑tech processing plant fit‑out programme in North Hertfordshire. This is a hands‑on role working for a specialist subcontractor delivering internal packages on complex industrial and technical schemes. You’ll work closely with a commercially minded Director and be based mainly on site, managing day‑to‑day commercial activity and ensuring accurate records, measurements and cost control.
