We currently have four sites, and at the end of October we're opening our fifth: a premium Italian restaurant near Hampton Court, seating around 70. You'll be in from the soft opening, setting the place up with us. THE ROLE You'll be running the bar service in a busy 70-cover restaurant. Cocktails to a proper standard, at pace, without dropping the quality when the tickets pile up. You'll be setting the bar up from scratch with us, which means having a say in how it runs rather than inheriting someone else's system. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR — Solid cocktail experience in a busy, high-volume bar or restaurant — Speed under pressure without cutting corners on the drink — Confident with guests — you're visible, and people watch you work — Good English — you'll need to understand, be understood, and write clearly — Available full time, shifts across all seven days — The right to live and work in the UK These are requirements, not a wish list. You'll move between sections, so you need to be comfortable on all three rather than settled on one. You'll be running your section during service: your own mise en place, your own ordering, your own standard. You'll be working to the Head Chef's direction — the menu, the specs and the method are set by them, and your job is to hold that standard every service. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR — At least two years' proven experience in Italian kitchens — Confident across starters, sides and desserts — Able to run your own mise en place — Good English — you'll need to understand, be understood, and write clearly — Someone who works well in a team, not around it — Available full time, shifts across all seven days — The right to live and work in the UK These are requirements, not a wish list. Fresh and dry, cooked properly, the way it's done in Italy — not a version of it. You'll be running the section: your own mise en place, your own ordering, your own standard, every service. You might be a full chef, or you might have come up through another section. What matters is that you know pasta. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR — At least five years' proven experience in Italian kitchens — Real experience on the pasta section — Able to cook both fresh and dry pasta to a proper, authentic Italian standard — Good English — you'll need to understand, be understood, and write clearly — Someone who works well in a team, not around it — Available full time, shifts across all seven days — The right to live and work in the UK These are requirements, not a wish list. Dardania House is a new restaurant opening in Kingston upon Thames, serving English breakfasts, Mediterranean food and grilled dishes. We’re looking for an experienced Waiter / Waitress to join our team. Previous experience making coffee, taking customer orders and serving food and drinks is essential. Responsibilities: • Welcome customers and take orders accurately., • Prepare coffees and other drinks., • Serve food and drinks., • Handle payments., • Keep tables and the service area clean and tidy. We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable and organised, with good English communication skills and a positive attitude. We are currently renovating and plan to open in approximately two weeks.
