We’re looking for a passionate Waiter / Waitress to join the team at Bruco Italian Bar & Kitchen, an independent neighbourhood Italian restaurant in the heart of Ancoats, Manchester. The Role As part of our front of house team, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences from the moment customers walk through the door.
