The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you will:
- Welcome customers and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Take food and drink orders and serve customers efficiently.
- Run food and drinks, clear and reset tables and assist with general restaurant cleaning.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other members of the team.
- Help create a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Represent Casa Nostra positively at all times.
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.
Availability – Please Read Before Applying
We are specifically recruiting to strengthen our evening and weekend team.
You must be available to work evenings and weekends, particularly Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the rota, all-day availability at weekends may also be required.
