Suan Thai Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our front-of-house team. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in the hospitality sector who can provide excellent service to our valued customers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations when appropriate.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards.
- Attend to customer needs and inquiries throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and clearing.
- Contribute to overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a waiter/waitress role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic restaurant environment.
