You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, taking orders, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring your section runs smoothly throughout service. Attention to detail, a warm and professional attitude, and strong communication skills are essential. Previous experience in a similar fast-paced, premium hospitality environment is desirable. Must haves We're looking for someone who: • Has warm, clear communication skills and speaks fluent English, • Shows patience and professionalism with every customer, • Has strong knowledge of Nigerian breakfast cuisine (or is eager to learn quickly), • Is always clean, presentable and professional, • Brings vibrant energy and a can-do mentality, • Is a team player who never says “That’s not my job”, • Is flexible with availability and shifts, • Has previous experience in a fast-paced FOH or hospitality role, • Enjoys working in a small, close-knit team and supporting others Priority will be given to those who have: • Knowledge of allergens and food safety, • Experience in busy breakfast or brunch settings, • Passion for Nigerian food and culture Our shop is based in Deptford, South-East London which has good transport links (bus, train and DLR). MUST be available to work both weekdays and weekends! This is a part-time role and you must be able to start as early as 8.45am. Pay is above minimum wage depending on experience.

Full-time or Part-time Position Available Weekend availability with no restrictions is required. Previous experience in restaurants is preferred but not mandatory.
