Warehouse/Factory Operative (FT)

We are looking for a warehouse operative to join our small factory team in Atherstone. This is not a picking/packing role and so you will need to have had experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing capacity as you will need to be able to read/understand production drawings. You also need to have a good knowledge of the construction industry.

Having a fork-lift licence would be beneficial but not essential. As the team is small it is essential that you are a team player. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all goods are manufactured and shipped accurately and on time.

Hours are 07:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Work well and be a valued member within the production team.

Be willing to move to different roles when instructed to by the Operations Director.

To complete works orders accurately and in full, to lead times set.

To record and report stock changes using the systems in place by the company

To provide prompt and accurate communication to your line manager regarding any queries or issues that need to be addressed.
