TDC Cordless Lighting, a growing small business in the lighting rental sector for film, TV, and events, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Manager.
Based at Elstree Studios in Borehamwood, this full-time position operates Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, with no weekends or shift work required.
As Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of our hires, stock, and dispatch, working closely with our small team to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular counts, and ensure accuracy within our systems.
- Dispatch Management: Oversee the picking, packing, charging of batteries, and shipping processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies within our warehouse as the business expands.
- Customer Liaison: Handle the return of hired equipment, check for damages, and manage client relationships.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
About You:
- You are reliable and punctual, understanding the critical role the warehouse plays in business operations.
- You have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- You are comfortable using basic stock management software or Excel.
