Job Title: Warehouse Operative -Picking and Packing
Location: Filton
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:45 AM to 8:45 PM
About Us:
We take pride in our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. As part of our growing team, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Warehouse Operatives for picking and packing. You will be picking from a pick sheet to fulfill orders that are coming in.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently pick and pack according to order specifications.
Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the warehouse environment.
Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized for a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 10kg) and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
