Warehouse Operations • Manage all warehouse activities including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch., • Ensure all products (raw materials, components, and finished goods) are handled safely and correctly to maintain product integrity, particularly for fragrances and essential oils., • Implement and maintain an effective warehouse layout, optimising space and material flow., • Ensure compliance with COSHH, HSE, and other relevant safety regulations for handling flammable and aromatic materials., • Maintain accurate stock control using the company’s ERP/WMS system., • Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high performance, accuracy, and safety standards., • Schedule work, allocate resources, and monitor productivity and attendance., • Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counting., • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records., • Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and internal safety procedures., • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment., • Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure safe storage of flammable materials., • Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and reduce costs., • Support sustainability initiatives, such as waste reduction and responsible materials handling., • Contribute to projects involving automation, digitalisation, and improved supply chain visibility.
