As a Sous Chef in a Brazilian kitchen, you will play a vital role in assisting the Executive Chef in managing the culinary operations of a restaurant. Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to maintain the authenticity and quality of Brazilian dishes.
