Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding components to meet precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and sheet metal work, along with a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Duties
Assemble and fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Ability to TIG/MIG AND MMA Weld.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts.
Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.
Apply basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication.
Requirements
Proven experience in welding and fabrication.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings.
Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
